EVT Hybrid 007 HPHA

EVT Hybrid 007 HPHA is an all-purpose sealant & adhesive for elastic bonding and jointing inside and outside in construction areas as well as in wood and metal construction. Suitable for most substrates such as wood, metal, glass, and for bonding of skirting boards and decorative strips.

Characteristics

• For indoor use.
• Single-component, elastic sealant based on hybrid polymer
• Neutral curing, non-corrosive
• Low odour formulation, solvent- and silicone-free
• Ageing- and weather-resistant, good UV resistance
• Compatible with paints
• Very good adhesion to most substrates in construction areas, including slightly wet substrates (rain-resistant after being fully cured)
• Very low shrinkage

Applications

• At least one of the substrates to be bonded should be water-permeable (concrete, wood).
• Inside and outside
• Suitable for most substrates as wood, metal (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, copper), and glass.
• For bonding of skirting boards and decorative strips.
• For elastic bonding and mounting of air ducts and for bonding and sealing of ceramic substrates (e.g. tiles).

Technical data

• Curing system: neutral curing.
• Curing speed (+23°C, 50% RH, cross-section of joint 10x10mm): 2 mm per day.
• Movement capability: 12.5%.
• Temperature resistance: -40°C to + 80°C.
• Skin formation time (+23 °C / 50% RH): 25min.
