EVT Hybrid 700 Rapid

EVT Hybrid 700 Rapid is a very high tack elastic adhesive for indoor and outdoor bonding such as windows and doors. It is especially well suited for vertical or overhead-applications.

Characteristics

• For indoor use.
• Single-component, elastic adhesive based on hybrid polymer
• Neutral curing, low odour formulation
• Very high initial tack (> 140 kg/sqm if load is parallel to adhesive layer), especially well suited for vertical or overhead-applications
• Very good adhesion, eg on metals, wood, PVC, GRP-panels, ceramics, glass and natural stone
• Ageing- and weather-resistant, good UV resistance
• Free of isocyaynate and silicone
• Compatible with paints, can be overpainted

Applications

• At least one of the substrates to be bonded should be water-permeable (concrete, wood).
• Inside and outside
• Suitable for most substrates as wood, metal, PVC, ceramics, glass and natural stone.
• Bonding for windows and doors, for sandwich façade elements and others.

• Curing system: neutral curing.
• Curing speed (+23°C, 50% RH, cross-section of joint 10x10mm): 2.5 mm per day.
• Temperature resistance: -30°C to + 80°C.
• Skin formation time (+23 °C / 50% RH): 5min.
