UniBond Trade 3TS

UniBond Trade 3TS is a premium fast-curing sanitary silicone sealant for application in damp, humid environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, showers, and wet rooms and perimeter sealing of interior window and door frames where resistance to mould and fungal growth is necessary. Excellent adhesion to synthetic substrates (e.g. acrylic, uPVC).

Applications

• For applications in damp, humid environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, showers and wet rooms, as well as perimeter sealing interior of windows and doors where resistance to mould and fungal growth is necessary. No shrinkage.
• Excellent primerless adhesion to glass, ceramics, vitreous, painted surfaces and anodised aluminium, as well as acrylic bath tubs and shower cabins (PMMA).

• Curing speed (+23°C, 50% RH, cross-section of joint 20x10mm): 2.5 mm/day.
• Movement capability: 20%.
• Temperature resistance: -50°C to +150 °C.
• Elongation at break: 370%.
• Skin formation time (+23 °C 50% RH): 15 min.
