UniBond Trade 7E

Unibond Trade 7E is a low modulus neutral curing silicone for interior and exterior use.

Characteristics

• Good UV, weather and ageing resistance.
• Curing time (2-2.5 mm/24h).
• 5% movement capability.
• No residual tack.
• Non-corrosive.
• Low odour during curing.

Applications

• For most types of construction and perimeter joints.
• Primerless adhesion to most construction substrates, including synthetic and porous materials such as concrete, brick (glazed and unglazed), glass, tiles, ceramics, anodised and powder coated aluminium, steel, stainless steel, wood, treated wood, polyester, polycarbonate, PVC.
  

Technical data

• Curing system: neutral curing.
• Curing speed (+23°C, 50% RH, cross-section of joint 20x10mm): 2 -2.5 mm/day.
• Temperature resistance: -30°C to + 120°C.
• Elongation at break: 200% (translucent); 300% (colours).
• Movement capability: 12.5%.
• Skin formation time (+23 °C / 50% RH): 15-30 min.
