UniBond Trade PL100

UniBond Trade PL100 is a grab adhesive with strong initial grab for indoor use on most common building materials.

Characteristics

• For indoor use.
• Very strong initial grab (250 kg/m).
• Gap-bridging up to 10 mm.
• Free of isocyanates, silicones and solvents.
• Paintable
• Ordourless.
• Parts can be repositioned for up to 15 minutes.

Applications

• One of the surfaces to be bonded must be porous Not suitable for exterior use or areas of permanent immersion/constant damp.
• Wood, plaster, metal, ceramic, brick, concrete, fibre concrete, gypsum plasterboards, polyurethane rigid foams in indoor use.
• For fixing decorative mouldings and ceiling roses.

Technical data

• Composition: Dispersion.
• Initial grab: 24 - 28 g/cm2.
• Final strength: 5 to 6 N/mm2.
• Temperature resistance: -20°C to +70°C.
• Application temperature: +10°C to +40°C.
• Open time: approx. 15 min.
